Tewin Yoga
Exciting news! Yoga classes begin weekly from 7th November! Initially on Thursday mornings at 11.45am with more classes to follow.
Classes follow Hatha, Yin (holding stretches) & Restorative (breath work & relaxation) Yoga practices, and are suitable for beginners, all ages and abilities.
Classes are booked and paid for online as individual classes, or in packs of 6 or 10 with price advantages. Dates of classes booked are transferable.
Classes taught by Julie Kimber, qualified Level 3 YMCAFit instructor.
You will need to bring your own mat but small equipment will be provided. Classes are held at Tewin Pavilion and are available to book now:
