Our 3rd retreat took place 13th-16th September 2024, and was as always a great success!
This was the format:
Flights from Stansted to Cagliari. Leaving Friday 13th, returning Monday 16th.
Cost included:
Return transfers
4* Hotel beach location with pool3 nights half-board accommodation
4 pilates classes (2 per day) on the beach!
2 Mindfulness sessions
