Our 3rd retreat organised for September 2020 was cancelled due to covid. However due to popular demand, we are organising another!
The format will go something like this:
Flights from Stansted – Cagliari. Leave Friday, return Monday; date tbc
Return transfers
4* Hotel beach location with pool
3 nights half-board accommodation
6 pilates classes (2 per day)
Mindfulness session
