Our Gentle Pilates class is a great place to start with us, particularly if you have past injuries and want to ‘ease your way in’. Or if you are looking for more stretching and muscle release and lower level core exercises. Danielle is our class teacher and is experienced with introducing beginners and helping those with health or injury concerns. Classes are run on Thursday afternoons at 1.35pm.
